Emersioni Sensoriali: Opening

Emersioni sensoriali is the title of Raffaele Minotto's solo exhibition at the new SimonBart Gallery headquarters in Piazza Cavour 6, Bologna.

The Padua-born artist presents his latest works, inviting the public on a visual and intellectual journey—an exploration into the depths of experience, primarily set in interiors, spaces where the artist has crystallized memories and emotions. Minotto's textured paintings transport viewers to another dimension, offering a personal and timeless refuge—suspended places in which one can pause and reflect.

The exhibition, featuring around thirty works—including canvases, panels, drawings, and engravings—traces the last decade of the artist’s career. It reveals the complexity of a multifaceted creator who embraces painting as his primary medium while seamlessly exploring various artistic techniques with his signature refinement and expressive depth.

Accompanying the exhibited works are sketches, preparatory drawings, archival images, analog photographs, and other materials that provide insight into Minotto’s creative process, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the richness and meticulousness of his artistic vision.
