Erotica-mente
Rabarama 23 November 2024 - 11 January 2025The SimonBart Gallery in collaboration with Philart, a cultural and social promotion society, presents Erotica-mente, an exhibition project by the Italian artist Paola Epifani, aka Rabarama. The exhibition will be inaugurated on November 23 at 6:00 p.m. at the main gallery in Bologna, in Piazza Cavour 6. The exhibition consists of a central nucleus of twenty works entitled Erotica-mente, never presented before in Italy. Among others, the exhibition presents thirty very recent works, which integrate the theme of dualism between spiritual and material, some of which never show to the public. -
Emersioni Sensoriali
Raffaele Minotto 16 March - 20 April 2024Emersioni sensoriali is the title of Raffaele Minotto's solo exhibition at the new headquarters of the SimonBart Gallery in Piazza Cavour 6 in Bologna. The artist from Padova exhibits his latest artworks involving the public in a visual and intellectual journey, a journey back into the meanders of an experience made up mostly of interiors, places in which the artist has fixed memories and sensations. Minotto's material paintings transport the viewer to another dimension, where everyone can find their time and their safe place, suspended spaces in which to rethink themselves. -

Group Exhibition 20 January - 15 March 2024We are proud to move our headquarters to one of the most historic buildings in the city, under a frescoed portico of rare beauty. In the very center of Bologna, the new space has six large windows and a very large surface area on two levels where you can enjoy the artworks of our artists and participate at events and exhibitions. -
Still_Life_Scan, Bologna
Vittoria Piscitelli 28 January - 25 February 2023Still_Life_Scan is Vittoria Piscitelli's new project that investigates one of the key elements of the history of art, still widely debated: the relationship between reality and its representation. The challenge is to restore the complexity of reality, while questioning the relationship between the physical world and the ideal one and the impact that one exerts on the other.

Tempoforma
Opening 25 January 2025The SimonBart Gallery presents Tempoforma, an exhibition project by the Italian artist Umberto Ciceri. The show will open on 25th January 2025 at 18:00 at the gallery’s main location in Bologna, Piazza Cavour 6. The event is part of the ART CITY Bologna 2025 program. The exhibition features a central body of 59 works that represent Umberto Ciceri's artistic exploration, and it exclusively unveils the artist's first-ever sculpture. Tempoforma consists of a display of rhythmic works that lead the audience on an extraordinary perceptual and emotional dance. The exhibition path guides visitors through a measured progression, a journey that plays with optical reflection and individual introspection. "Tempoforma is walking the artwork when light, space, time, and observation coincide." -
